Forgiveness is about you if you keep holding something inside of you it becomes a burden to you. Unforgiveness on the other hand is like drinking poison hoping someone else will die from it. If you drink poison you will die remember that. Matthew 6:14-15 NIV For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15 But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.
